I had bugs all over my unit I asked them to change me to another unit and when I went and checked it it was also filthy and the bathtub was not cleaned it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen and I am with my 2 year old son . Who I couldn’t even put down bc it was bugs EVERYWHERE. The bed was broken upon arrival and they did nothing for me ! They also asked if they could send someone in the morning that I was checking out to fix the bed I told them no bc I’m not comfortable with a man being in my unit while me and my child were there alone , a man came banging on my door at 9am ! Forced his way into my unit while it was me and my son he was just standing around making me feel uncomfortable the man came and sat on my couch while I was in my pjs he was not respectful at all and scared me and invaded my privacy he came back an hour later around 10:45 trying to put in the code and access my unit after they told me they would give me a late check out for 2pm
I usually prefer Evonify but this stay had many problems. In the Airbnb I originally booked, I had to wait 1 extra hour to be let into the room. We quickly learned that the AC was broken and was over 89 degrees within the unit. We were finally transferred around 9:30pm to another Airbnb 15 minutes away. This unit had a very bad odor and many alive and dead bugs on the floor. Overall a very unpleasant stay. I would gladly pay more at a hotel..
