The bed frame supports were totally not contacting the floor in the middle and the whole thing collapsed and I had to prop the supports on the right side up twice. I am assuming they’ll fix this soon, though. Other than that, the sound insulation isn’t great, I was woken up by people in nearby units occasionally. The lighting color was pretty different than in the pictures and not very consistent. Fixing that could go a long way to making up for the lack of windows. The toilet paper seemed like it had gotten wet and then been dried out. It also smelled pretty strongly of bleach the first night. The couch has a very low back that is pretty uncomfortable. On the positive side, the refrigerator is nice and there is a dish washer. Parking was easy and convenient. I have gotten much better at this price in Austin, but if they address some of the items in this review or lower the price, it could be a good budget option. It’s just not worth what they’re charging as-is
Everything was great at this place, felt at home. The only thing was that the leg of the bed was missing a bolt but nothing big still slept comfortable! Definitely coming back! Super close by the freeway and near 6th street!
