Unfortunately wasn’t able to stay due to a minor setback, but the team quickly rectified the issue (within an hour) which was really nice and allowed me to still enjoy my time.
Last minute place so wasn't expecting much. Got there and had to wait for the building maintenance to finish "preparing the room". Once finished after 45 minutes, we came back to use the restroom and drop our belongings off. The shower curtain fell down when you turn the light on or off. The TV did not work. Then cockroaches started coming out in the kitchen, restroom, and bedroom. All of this was immediately brought to the owner. They tried helping but never actually did anything. Very hard to communicate as it is a company owned and not an actual person, so every time I messaged them, a different person would respond. They said they would clean and reimburse but nothing was done.
