My stay was wonderful. Everything was clean, looked exactly like the photos and I felt at home. I did accidentally cancel my trip right after I booked it and knowing that there are no refunds cancelations I was worried that I had lost that money. Contacted Evonify, they requested that I rebook the stay which I did. The next day they took my issue to upper management and approved my full refund for the accidental cancelation. I greatly appreciate the customer service because I could see how someone corks argue that its my loss. Appreciate them greatly and I would recommend staying at their locations.
Spacious and great location
We absolutely loved the place it was so cute and convenient to where we wanted to be. The only think I hoped we got were some clear instructions of the place and wish the fans worked in the rooms because it was so hot. Other than the minor inconvenience, we love it. And the host was very responsive to us.
