I made a mistake and put my check-in date a day earlier. I immediately texted customer service within 5 minutes of booking. They would not change my check-in to the following day nor adjust my dates. It was 4:30pm and check-in would’ve been at 5pm. Seeing it was a 5 hour drive to Austin, I end up losing money and was sad about that. We drove to Austin the following day. The neighborhood and complex was a little intimidating. The code was very general, so I was nervous about that as well. We were more at ease the second and third night after getting used to the area. There were also cameras in the complex for security. The inside of the apartment is neat and decorated nicely. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of fresh towels and bed linens. My only complaints were the lower dishwasher arm was broken so we couldn’t wash dishes. The floor was swept very clean, but needed a little mopping…my socks got dirty. Over all, I’d rate customer service and my stay a 7 out 10.
