This place needs some attention. The first night of our stay we arrived late and had trouble getting into the unit. The lock was fairly difficult to use and you had to use a lot of force to get the door opened. We went to get into the bed and our sheets were dirty. Covered in crumbs, animal hair, and stains. I messaged the “host” which was a property management company, I believe. They told me to look for clean sheets and if there weren’t any she would send her cleaning crew with some. Only to follow up by telling me they wouldn’t bring them that night. There was soap and large food scraps in the dishwasher from a previous guest and it didn’t work. There was mouse droppings in the closet and dirt/dust everywhere. The bathroom sink was clogged. Just overall disappointing. As a host myself, I am pretty forgiving of minor things but all of this together is unacceptable. I asked for a refund of my cleaning fee and did not receive one. The location was great & it has potential to be better.
definitely recommend staying here very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen and amenities
Better than a Hotel! And it more private.
