The location and unit itself was great. The unit was pristine and was directly across from the T. I paid in full but got an email the day before we left that said I owed a $300 refundable deposit. There was nothing on the listing about this. Also, while they did mention no parking available, they did not say that there was absolutely no parking around the unit. I had to rent a spot a mile away which was an additional fee that I did not expect to pay. The unit above us sounded like they were dropping heavy objects all through the day and night. One of the showers was missing the knob to adjust the temp so we had issues with that as well.
We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb while traveling with kids! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. It was truly kid-friendly, which made a huge difference, plenty of room for them to move around, and everything felt safe and well thought out. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcomed right away. The location was also great,convenient to nearby attractions while still being peaceful enough for the kids to relax and sleep well. Traveling with children can be stressful, but this stay made everything so much easier and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other family.
