- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee. You must register your pet on our portal.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.

Walked into a clean and tidy space to stay in for a few days. Good neighborhood area with plenty to do in the area. Great space for a family with kids/teens.

The place was clean & adequate for our needs. We stayed for a month & it was definitely louder when someone was in the apartment beneath us. This was stated in the listing so we were prepared. It wasn’t terrible but you could definitely hear voices from below. No issues during quiet hours. The remote for the Roku was missing which we reported, but they never brought us a new one & advised we use the app on our phones. We did this but would have been nice to have the remote. We had an issue with the water heater breaking. Again we reported it but kept being asked to send pictures of water not running, etc. Talked to the guy who lived in the basement apartment who seemed to know what was going on & he let us know someone would fix it in the morning which they did. Only other thing to watch out for-when it snowed they cleared the driveway/sidewalks but not the stairs we used to get in and out of the house. Didn’t see a shovel or broom so we were just careful. Area was safe & walkable.
