The space was as pictured-but the building was clearly cheaply built and everything felt used and rundown. That's not the fault of the host at all, it just is what it is. They cleaned the space well. The location is very convenient to the city and was not noisy at all-at least not that I noticed. I appreciated the off-street parking and clear instructions to get into the garage and the building. The bed was quite comfortable! My son, who slept on the couch, said it was not very comfortable. The children found the tv easy to use. There seemed to be adequate dishes and cookware. I have never stayed in an AirBnB run by a company before. I've only ever stayed in places run by one host. There were not the personal touches and little extras that I have experienced in other AirBnBs. Overall, it was a fine stay and communication was proactive on behalf of the company.
Drug and gang environment I spend the days outside of the unit cause my son was with me and the unit had stains on towels sheets and couch nasty unit I have lots of photos the chair was rusted out the fan thick with dust the bathroom was nasty with mold on shower curtain was dirty the stove also I will never eat or cook there in that place I had a horrible bad experience with that unit and it’s surroundings I ask the host for a refund after the stress I went through and they did nothing to help me bad service
