The place was good overall, but the bathrooms were uncomfortable.
When I arrived, the gate for the parking lot wasn’t working, and I was instructed to park on the street. I had booked this location specifically for the off-street parking, so the possibility of this issue should have been disclosed. I finally found parking at 9:15 PM, four hours later, due to the high number of cars in this residential neighborhood. Upon entering the property, I found dirty towels with makeup and black mascara stains. When I stripped the sheets, I noticed blood spots on them and on the pillows. There were bugs in the place, the fridge and washing machine weren’t working, and the sink in the second bedroom was out of order. Mold was visible along the baseboards, indicating a past flood in the place. On the first night, people were fighting at 11 PM, and on the second night, the neighbors were yelling and screaming. The shades has strips missing so I had to stay in the dark as it’s the 1st floor. I’m surprised they can charge such a premium for this place and location
I want to give this place a negative 20 rating if i could. PLEASE PLEASE DONOT BOOK THIS place. Parking instructions are hard to find. Very very bad place to live. So many mosquitoes as soon as we enter the building, very bad smell in the entrance. AC FROM THE FIRST FLOOR IS LEAKING WATER on to the ground floor main entrance and the entire area is wet and i tripped due to wetness. Place is not cleaned properly. There are insects roaming in the room. No bathroom lights, no paper towels, important thing NO WATER IN THE BATH ROOM SINK. We had a small kid and we planed to do so much. customer care is third party lives in another country and they dont answer properly and they are very rude. When i told all about the problems they didnt even fix the bathroom sink even after 2 days of stay. Its is a NIGHTMARE STAY. Please dont book Luckily airbnb customer care is very courteous and they helped me on getting refund. If airbnb customer care was not there i would not have gotten anything
