I have booked this place and 2 days before my check in date I got a message saying that not available and I missed that text message. And nothing is notified in the Airbnb app so we were ready to check in few mins at night, then I saw that I didn't get the code for the check in then I called the host I came to know that its not available. I don't know what to do and I'm with kids. its an horrible situation for us.
I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would change is that the gate to the garage doesn't always open. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. You don't hear noise from other guest. You control the temperature for every room plus there is a warm vent on the bathrooms that you can control. I have small children and this place was great for them. Great for all ages. I really had a great stay.
RAT INFESTATION! Apart from the fact that 1) we had a late check in 2) blinds not installed in bedroom exposing us to the street 3) stains EVERYWHERE including pieces of food on the floor 4) lingering smell on the sheets… there was a rat in the apartment. Even when all this was reported to evonify, they did nothing to help and kept delaying support until AIRBNB got involved. This place needs to be suspended and evonify needs to be removed as a host in future listings.
