Great host great place. Would definitely recommend!
to start with listing was not livable space and ideally should not be listed in it's current state. broken washer unit had water filled which stinked a lot. had to buy room fresheners. kitchen missing basic utensils which were listed in the BNB listing, broken dishwasher which made me eat out rather than having home made meals planned for whole unit was full of dust and seemed like was not cleaned at all. window blinds broken which will make you wake early. toilet door locks not working. upon reaching out to host all I got false assurances with no real intentions of fixing I had to really spend time and click several photos just to make him send a cleaning crew, which simply placed a additional blanket and a kitchen towel roll as a clean up . after few days I had to resort to get in touch with BNB support which again made me wait so that they can handle things as per their process . I wont suggest to stay at this listing or any listing at this location.
This apartment needs repairs, first I reported a door that didn't close in the bathroom, it didn't have a curtain so every time I used the shower it started to leak, we were there for a week and they never did anything, we used the washing machine but it didn't drain, the maintenance came after three days to take out the water and recover my clothes. If you want to rest late you can't because the sun hits your face since some of the slats on the blinds are missing. The host answered quickly but he didn’t really do anything to improve our stay.
