The place looks better in person. Photos don’t do it justice. Very cute apartment, good heating. Great location, close to shops/food. Ubers into Times Square not too expensive for a group. Hosts are friendly/respond Issues were: No wifi the whole stay. I had to keep messaging the hosts but no solution. Ended up paying an expensive internet bill on my phone to stay connected. The apartment building itself had v bad network I had to go down and out in the cold just to make calls/get connection. Ended up checking out early, couldn’t take it anymore The bathroom and shower have no caddy to put things on(towel,toiletries etc). Not ideal. Apartment is not soundproof AT ALL. Often frightened when sounds/conversations from the surrounding apts sound like someone has entered your apartment. Very noisy neighbours above, constantly making noise in the early morning and late night. i.e stomping on the floor, loud music etc. That was also reported to the hosts
Clean place, clear instructions and proactive communication.
The place is very spacious and has all the amenities. The rooms are large, and it is one of the few places that has two bathrooms. Personally, we found it confusing to identify which building we would be staying in, as there are several that look the same. But the place is very good, and the price we paid when we rented it was excellent.
