Our check-in time was at 5 pm. I arrived at the location at 8 pm and after waiting at the door for 40 minutes (with family) the host texts me saying that they cannot give me the place as they had an issue at the location. This should have been communicated to me before check-in time! Wasted my time, didn't even get a place for the night and basically humiliated me in front of my family. The worst experience I've had with an Airbnb. Very unprofessional of handling business.
I would not recommend staying here. It is not on a safe location. I am not familiar with the area, and booked two days before arrival. The moment o checked in, I was harassed and made to feel horribly unsafe and immediately left. I contacted the property and advised I needed to relocated. I had a two week stay booked, that I again, didn’t stay a one night in. They gave zero concession for any refund of those two weeks, or credit to allow me to stay in another property. Horrible service and will not stay in one of their listings again.
I enjoyed every second of my stayed it was a last minute booking and the were able to accommodate me that was very kind of them and they replied within minutes and the place was clean and felt safe I’ll definitely come back
