- This apartment is on the first floor (no elevator), and stairs are required.

**PARKING**

Pros: Close to public transportation, Coffee Shops & Small Restaurants in walking distance, Clean apartment, Clean Linens, comfortable beds, free off-street parking, well-stocked with extra linens, dishes and glassware, cookware and cooking utensils, flexible with check-in and check out. Cons: -Baseball sized hole in bathroom sink that was previously reported in another review was still there during our stay. Got temporarily patched by the ground crew 4 hours after our arrival and we were told we could use the sink with caution. -Missing curtains/blinds from back door with large top-bottom window panel (you can see straight into this first floor apartment). This was also previously reported in other reviews. - Heat not working until the ground crew turned it on from the basement. - Most Lamps not working through apartment. -Communication outside of Air BNB app (host communicates outside of the app via text/email, once we used the app to chat…our issues were promptly addressed).
