The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, 1x queen size bed, and 2x full size sofa beds.
- 6 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- There is no elevator. Stairs are required. Upper 1st floor.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- No washer/dryer is available.
- The AC is a window AC in each room and it can be a bit noisy when running.

Parking:
- Street parking only. Please read any street signs.
- No parking on the driveway.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.

Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $3000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
