Host was awesome. We had a slight hiccup with our original booking, but host was quick to get us into another unit in the same complex. It was smaller (which was ok) but we were one bed short for one of our kids. The host got us an air mattress and linens within a few hours and we didn’t miss a beat. Property was clean and tidy and the pool was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good place to stay in North Austin
The unit was advertised as “Luxury”. My first idea of luxury is clean & without bugs. The microwave did not function. The baseboards were filthy. The potential is there, but the care for the details is not. My wife woke up the first night with ants in her in bed. Needless to say, that had a very negative impact on our stay. Jean did have a cleaning person come out on our 3rd day of our stay to clean, but that did not resolve the ant issue. No compensation was offered to us for the poor experience, only apologies. It’s not what we expect from an AirBNB experience. Either get it right or make it right. Beyond dissatisfied.
