The guest is charged with exorbitant cleaning fees and not sure if the money is spent appropriately for upkeep of the place. I found cockroaches in the bath and kitchen. I diligently took pictures of the cockroaches and send it to the host. What if one of the cockroaches entered into my luggage and my house would be infested with cockroaches. I asked the host to compensate me for what I have gone through during my stay and has not gotten back to me and kept telling me it is pending with the management. Please be careful with this property and keep an eye out for bathroom and kitchen areas. They hide where there is no light and place is warm to hide. Keep your luggage safe and lock them all the time. The alarm went off at 6 am in the morning and didn't know what to do except to text the host. The host responded and asked me call the county fire department. This was my worst airbnb experience.
Good place to get some good night sleep on very comfortable beds after our all day Austin and San Antonio visit. Everything was fine. Thanks for the coffee.
