Evonify lists the property as if it’s a nice clean space to rent. Upon arrival at the property I was met with the smell of what smelled like burnt chemicals, also there was literally a hit and run as I was getting out of the Uber. Once I arrived in the apartment I was met with a weird smell almost like mildew. Pain inspection of the property I found that the kitchen drawers had a sticky substance in them I found a roach on the floor in the kitchen, the base boards were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the TV DID NOT WORK, furthermore through the entirety of you stay you will hear people coughing laughing and moving furniture 24 hours a day. Upon discovery of all of this I asked the property to please allow me a refund, they gave me the run around for about 2 days about not getting a refund. They did agree to refund me Airbnb as a company had to refund my money. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY EVONIFY PROPERTIES!!!!!!

The stay was great! Evonify was very responsive when I had questions prior to the stay and during it. The place was clean and felt very comfortable to be in. I would stay again when coming back to town!
