I hate to give a 3-star because the majority of the stay was ok. What was not: Late check-in at 5pm I feel is a bit scammy because then they charge a ton extra for early and late checkin/check out. It feels like it's a total gimmick to increase revenue. Like baggage fees. I never received the check in the email, and it took quite a conversation to get it finally. Instead of just sending it to me again right from the beginning of the call. I wandered around the complex looking for the unit because there were no Number indicators. The WiFi was not working, and I had to spend time being IT with them. I am a nurse who works nights, and I sleep during the day. I was woken at 11 am 2 days in a row by someone having to come in to do repairs. It would be like someone knocking on the door at 2 AM wanting repairs to be done in a "normal house". It's frustrating, but I will take it as a one-off and I would attempt to stay here again because the unit itself is nice.
