Great place to stay!
Jean was a great host. We received clear instructions for accessing the apartment. The apartment was clean and in great shape. We enjoyed every minute of staying there and will certainly come back and stay at the same apartment on our next trip to Boston. I highly recommend staying here!
The host was super responsive and the location is great, close to all the things and easily walkable. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The apt is very scarcely populated with pretty worn down furniture and uncomfortable beds. Internet was spotty. Half the lights/lamps are burnt out. Several were unplugged and the living room one we didn’t plug in as the outlet was missing its cover, creating a potential safety hazard. The toilet rocked back and forth which seems like it should be addressed. Just in general, the apartment could use some sprucing up and general maintenance. Instructions for check-in were a bit confusing saying to go next door for a key, etc, but apparently that is outdated and the host said they haven’t been able to update it. We paid for late checkout at 1pm, but then cleaners walked in on us shortly after noon. Host apologized, but luckily my wife was able to close the bathroom door as she was just out of the shower.
