- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds, and 1x full size sofa bed.
- 5 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- This apartment doesn't have any views. The windows overlook other buildings.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
Avoid any rentals with EVONIFY! This is the worst AirBnB experience we have had. The good: • The location of the apartment was amazing and the check in process was great. The bad: • The apartment is not as nice as it appears in the pictures. Two of the windows didn’t have any shades. The lighting was poor. A couple of outlets didn’t work. Dish and glassware provided was mismatched and lacking. • All of that was an annoyance and easy to manage. However. . . • We were locked out of the apartment two times. The first time was at 10:00pm when we returned from a day out. The host responded right away and a locksmith arrived in an hour. These things happen and we rolled with it. The next day we went out in the morning to get pastries from a delicious bakery on the corner. When we returned, we were locked out again. This time the response from our hosts was not as good. It took almost three hours to get the apartment unlocked. This caused us to have to reschedule plans with our family. At this point, I expected Evonify to offer some compensation. I had to follow up FOUR times with a nice low-level representative before I heard from a manager. Their offer was a free night in the future along with waiving the cleaning cost. We are from Tampa and won’t be in Boston any time soon, which makes their offer worthless. I have reached out two more times expressing my displeasure and have been ghosted. • Evonify is a company that is looking to maximize profits and seemingly has no sense of fairness and empathy toward their clients. I would strongly encourage you to avoid dealing with Evonify if possible!
The room should be inspected thoroughly, if they expect to charge the amount we paid for, too overpriced. One room had no blinds, we were bombarded throughout the night by light emanating from the building adjacent to us. The unit had pest traps behind the TV. There were blinds missing in both the first bedroom and living room. The other bedroom had a blind held together with masking tape. There was a yellow stain next to the toilet. Paint was stripped off the doors, yellow stain on the rug, Boston sports triangle flag was dirty and torn. The AC didn't work well, it was moderately warm and uncomfortable. Until they fix those issues, I recommend you look for a different Airbnb listing.
