Property is in a perfect location with orange and green T stations within a two minute walk. Photos make the property look a little larger than it is but it’s still very practical and functional. While there is two double beds I can’t imagine it would be as comfortable if you had two couples staying. Me and my friend had plenty of space but in the living room there are only three chairs to watch the tv so would be an issue if there was four of you. The kitchen works and is practical if you want to cook a few meals at the apartment. The building seems safe and I didn’t hear any noise during our stay that disturbed us really. While there is a homeless shelter across the road we had no issues with this and they appear to have their own security. We were two women travelling alone and felt perfectly safe in the apartment and outside it. Beds very comfy and the apartment was very clean when we arrived. Picking up the key was easy enough but the security guard was a little rude. However, I know this is not an employee of this particular Airbnb so not really a reflection of the apartment. There is a washer and dryer listed as a part of this Airbnb but they are actually in the basement of the building and you need to download an app and pay to use them.
This is an ideal location on the commons and communication with Evonify was great and speedy. However, the apartment itself feels a bit more like a college dorm than the AirBnBs that I have stayed at in the past. I came with my family and overall it did not meet our expectations. It was very hot and we were unable to cool the apartment down and a few items in the apartment seemed like they should have been repaired before our stay.
Location is great, quick walk to restaurants and public transit. Easy to get to trolleys and other excursions to see the Boston area.
