This one-bedroom apartment is exactly what it looks like: a nice place in the middle of downtown Boston where you can safely set your things. It was kind of like staying with your friend in college: clean, welcoming, but not up to date or fancy. I would stay here again, and found the location to be unbeatable. Additionally, I had a small issue and the host was immediately responsive and very helpful. So kind! It was relatively quiet at night, but I would sleep with white noise on, as city noise can be distracting. This isn't unique to this apartment, as I deal with the same issues in Washington, DC. While the apartment is clean, do not expect a recently renovated place: the kitchenette is frustratingly small but perfectly functional, the furniture is nice but a little too hard to get comfy, and the bathroom is serviceable but odd (frame for a shower door without a door, a commercial-style toilet, and family-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner that have clearly been used before).
Great location and easy check in. The apartment is spacious, and the king bed is comfortable. The couch in the living room is a bit too hard to sleep on. It’s a modest place but a good deal considering the price and location.
The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos, comfortable and nicely furnished. Location is excellent, downtown, close to metro stations and most touristic places. While the apartment is well maintained, the building commons are somewhat run down, which is a pity for such a nice building. We had booked the apartment for three persons. When we arrived, we could not find the bed sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. After a few phone calls, the issue was solved the following day. We recommend this apartment for its central location and good value.
