- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from the building.
- The building also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout.
- This unit has 2x queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress.
- Laundry is available in the building - paid.
- Paid off-street garage parking nearby.
- This unit is subject to noise due to its location.
- Evonify has multiple apartments in the same building. While quality is the same this apartment may have a slightly different design/outline than what you see in the pictures.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Due to the City Ordinance, AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
