Location:
- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Should’ve gone with a hotel… Everything was fine until I checked the headboard of the bed and saw what could possibly be a bed bug. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed so I messaged the host and told them about it. They insisted they have no bed bugs and do professional cleanings once a month (which I’m sure they do!), but I still didn’t feel comfortable after seeing what I found. Luckily there was an air mattress in the closet I was able to use during my stay. I was told they’d send a cleaning crew to check it out — one lady from Evonify stopped by and we agreed a cleaning crew would stop by the next day at 1pm to strip the bed and clean it. No one ever came. Evonify tried to blame it on me saying I refused turndown/cleaning services when NO ONE CAME. I ended up sleeping on the air mattress during my whole stay and kept the door to the bedroom shut. I’m still in contact with the host (almost 2 weeks later) asking about what management can do to accommodate me for this.
