Location:
- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
I personally would not use corporate place again. First the room that I was placed in was different from the photos that were posted. Nor did I get notified that I would be placed in a different room from what was shown. I had also asked about their cleaning process, I was told that the space was deep cleaned. Upon arrival I found a fake nail on the table, and hair in my bed sheets. The kitchen utensils were dirty as well. They did have the cleaning company come the next day to clean the room. I had to purchase my own hand soap as well. They did not provide one.The Tv in my room was not working, I had to reach out via email and send a message on airbnb regarding the tv. I was told someone would come and see what the problem was and no one came to fix the tv for me. They are hard to get a hold of response time was slow they said 24/hour assistance and I did not get that. Overall I personally would not recommended corporate place. I did not have a good experience but hopefully someone else can.
The apartment was very clean and neat!
