- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
Convenient location adjacent to Boston Common and good value.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive. When we first arrived, the toilet was broken, the table was broken, the curtains were broken, and there was construction outside our window that we weren’t informed about. They only responded once we got airbnb involved, and even then they would only communicate through the airbnb support team. We had to go to the cafe across the street every time we needed to use the bathroom for the first five days. The toilet was eventually replaced and we were refunded the first 4.5 days. I stayed for 2 months and every morning I woke up to the sounds of construction. The location is prime, but not as useful during covid when everything is closed. The apartment was also right next to the laundry rom which means whenever someone uses the dryer, a headache-inducing sound will be heard for 99 minutes. The lights in the bathroom and bedroom also went out. We notified Evonify and they did not respond all the way to the end of the trip. I would only recommend this place if you plan on being out all day and only staying for a short period of time and you need to be close to the city. The pictures are also very outdated.
