- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
Great location. Apartment was fine
The apartment is in a safe, quiet building and is very centrally located which is great for getting anywhere in the city. The neighborhood and street right by the apartment is pretty sketchy at night but there were lots of cops around so it didn’t feel too unsafe. The apartment is a good size and is comfortable. However we had a big issue upon check in. There were not enough towels for 1 person let alone three. There was no bedding or pillows for the second bed (blow up mattress). So I contacted the company - Evonify - and the conversation was really challenging. The guys phone kept cutting out and he kept trying to read generic statements of a script to me. He was really bad at communicating and then it turned out he couldn’t do anything and had to contact somebody else. So I left it with him and never heard any more. I contacted him again 4 hours later because I’d heard nothing back and it it turned out he had told the cleaning lady the wrong address to deliver the missing items! The conversation then turned really bizarre and started telling me he was going to get fired and that termination proceedings against him had started already. It was such a strange conversation and I he kept talking round in circles and started shouting at me ‘for gods sake listen to me’. I just have up at this point and then another hour later a cleaning lady showed up - by this point at 10pm - to deliver the sheets, towels and pillows. The sheets and pillows were fine but the towels had a really weird smell. Additionally the couch was really badly stained and her answer to this was to put a sheet over it. Overall it pretty much ruined the first evening of our trip trying to sort it all out. Definitely one of my worst Airbnb experiences.
