great view great stay
Okay, the parking in the area is crazy. In the welcome e-mail, the host said the day rate at the parking garage was about $38/day. It's Boston, so whatever. But for one day it was $50. And then the next day for 14 hrs overnight, I paid $61. I wish the host was more honest about the pricing. The check-in process was also intense. I had to send a photo of my license as well as a photo of me holding my license. And like the description says, the furniture is going to be different. It was obvious the building was going through a change amd that they were sprucing up the place. And the location is good. A walk across the street puts you in the Boston Common. So there's that, I guess.
Thank you, we had a blast staying here and everything was immaculate. We used the public parking garage that was across the street (a little bit pricey but we were only there for a few days) which was super convenient along with all the stores like CVS and walgreens within walking distance. Food places and the parks are all within walking distance as well. We were out passed 9pm, and although the streets still had people out we didnt run into any conflict, everyone is pretty much minding their own business once you step out. Inside the apartment, it wasnt exactly like the pictures but theres really no complaints because there was everything we could ever need and use there. Honestly the place felt spacious and cozy, we were on the top floor and were a le to see buildings, noise level wasnt too bad, we were next to the elevators you cant hear it in the bedroom and it wasnt like noticeably loud. Great place to choose to stay at, especially for the price rate we got when compared to other places. We will be choosing you guys again next time we are up there!
