- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
The location of the apt building right by Boston Common was awesome and the communication and timeliness of response of the mgmt team was amazing! We had an issue with not having enough towels for # of guests, and that took two days, which was really frustrating. The noise of the apartment backing up to the elevators was a LOT and never stopped, so bring ear plugs. The bathroom needs attention for fixes and updates. Definitely didn’t match the pics they used to describe this apt specifically. Bed was ok, couch “pullout” was super comfy. Overall still a good spot for the price for a stay in Boston!
A nice apartment with a great location right next to a beautiful park. A comfortable bed, and the kitchen is equipped with dishes (cups, utensils, plates), a kettle, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. The subway is within walking distance. Check-in was remote, quick, and easy. However, the actual apartment did not match the photos — please note that the pictures show a different apartment with a similar layout. Thanks to the hosts, my stay in Boston was wonderful.
Do NOT stay here! The unit we were given was NOTHING like the photos. Total bait & switch operation. The unit was old, in disrepair, and smelled terrible. The tub was gross, the towel rack was broken, cracks in the walls, stains on the ceiling, old kitchen with no counter space. I wish I could post pictures. The night we arrived, there was no blanket for my son. Only 3 towels for 3 people for 5 nights. When I called, I was treated as if asking for a blanket and extra towels was ridiculous. We had to buy a blanket for my son on the first night. It was directly next to an elevator that we heard go up and down all day and night. It was clean on the surface, but we found old chicken bones under the couch. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, so my son tried to sleep on the air mattress provided. It lost air all night, and he ended up on the floor. DO NOT book this property!! Steer clear of this unit and any unit rented by Evonify. Total fraud!!!! What a nightmare!
