This was a solid experience. It’s right on Boston Common and everything that goes with it, including a slightly sketchy block and lobby. That said, I needed to check-in early and it was no problem. Very responsive. Parking is a little steep, but I moved from the place across the street to the underground parking under the Common. You’re basically on the campus of Emerson, so a great coffee shop is half a block out the door. This is indeed the heart of the theater district and Chinatown, just as described. Couch is little tired, but otherwise good design, furniture and good sleeping. I recommend it.
Poor communication and slow replies. No remote to the TV. The maintenance of the apartment is not priority. Worn out kitchen, towels and sofas. promises of fixing issues not fulfilled. it's a good location, a bit noisy and with Boston standards maybe a good deal.
This place is way better than expected! Great living area space with room to spare for fun activities. Bedrooms were clean and tidy. The location is great, around mang activities and food locations. Overall a great stay, recommended
