Very nice
Be very wary of this unapologetically dishonest Host: **Listing says Brookline; it is not. It is DnTn BOS. I brought this to host attention via other reviews; Host feigned some perpetual struggle w/ maps pin-drop. B.S., because check-in instructions are also wrong address. **Host indicated they would offer an upfront refund for the inconvenience and discrepancy. They did not. **The WiFi didn't work the entirety of the trip, affecting my business & work. Zero functionality across 6 different devices/phones/computers, not including their own TV/Roku. **I personally did all the troubleshooting w/ the router & modem; the host didn't visit the property to assist for entire 5-day stay, claiming they are waiting on the internet service Provider's feedback...silence from ISP for 5 whole days apparently. **Host lied to BnB claiming the Internet was fixed mid-trip, giving BnB a different guest name/listing than mine. **All documented in BnB. **Disappointed in AirBnBs ability to protect its Guest
Great location. Very fun! Responsive host. Some amenities were either missing, broken, and not good quality. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels, drying rack, water filter and cooking utensils. One of the lamps, the garbage disposal, the bathroom vent and the front left burner weren’t working. the toilet paper roll holder was missing its rod. The Roku remote was missing it battery cover and there were broken glass in one of the bedrooms but no broom or dustpan to clean it up. Internet went down during the last day and a half. There was ample heat with 3 different zones. But in the living room/ kitchen zone, “Auto” setting had a horrible buzzing sound that rendered it useless. Beds were very squeaky. Walls were pretty thin so you could hear the neighbors, but they were respectful. Also, Saint Francis House was right across the building and views from the big windows made the failing state of mental health and homelessness evident. However, none of it was disruptive to us
