The apartment:

- This apartment doesn't have any views. The windows overlook other buildings.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Location is great, just a corner from Boston Commons and a few steps to green and orange lines. The outside of the building is old, but inside is all clean and new. Good bedrooms and a nice living room. Support was also great, replied my messages timely and was flexible. Would definitely stay there again.
Clean apartment, great location.
Would have been great if.... This Airbnb would have been great if we had not run into multiple problems before/during our stay. First and foremost, it took about 15-20 minutes for the concierge of the adjacent building to return to his desk where we were waiting to check in/get the key to the building we were staying in. Then, the actual apartment is not exactly what is pictured. That was not a big deal to me, seeing as it had all the amenities listed, just thought it was strange. Next, it would have been great if the apartment was cleaned between the time the previous tenant left and my group arrived. It was quite the disappointment to walk into such a nice space, after a 12 hour drive, to see that it was still a mess (dirty dishes in the sink, trash on the floor, dirty towels in the tub, etc.). As soon as I saw how it was left I got in contact with the host and they were able to move us four to two other separate apartments in the other building they own where we had to get the key from for the night until the apartment we had rented was cleaned the next morning. All was going great until the third day of our stay when we arrived back to the place to find that the battery of the electronic lock had died and we were locked out. Again, I got in contact with the host and the issue was solved in a timely manner. And finally we had a plumbing issue that was also fixed in a timely manner. A few things, imo, were out of their control and were fixed immediately. Unfortunately, these instances did take a toll on the outcome of our stay, and I cannot say that I would recommend staying here. Side notes: The place is in a great central location. Coffee shops and convenient stores right down the street/around the corner. Parking is right across the street. The street is pretty busy all day and night long.
