Not a great experience. Not entirely terrible either. I think 3 stars is fair PROS Location is ideal with respect to proximity to touristy stuff in Boston. Plus it's smack bang in downtown Good clean apartment with floor to ceiling windows CONS Right next to a homeless shelter so a bit loud sometimes. Was annoyed at night. Basic amenities like soap and coffee wasn't provided. A large bottle of shampoo and conditioner left in the bathroom that was clearly already used by other people. In this current covid climate, found it strange that single use toiletries wasn't provided Slow responses by host. Didn't have internet for an entire day. Host responsed after 4-5 hours and mentioned it would be fixed in a couple of hours but wasn't fixed till late that night. Had to use my own mobile data to work. Had picked this place specifically cause I needed to work remotely and the post said fast internet available
The place was great and so was the location. The host responded quickly to all of the questions and concerns. The view of the place was so beautiful and is surrounded next to great city views. I will definitely be staying here again my next trip to Boston.
Great space and location
