Great location! Very walkable and close to the metro. Good restaurants close by and a CVS at the end of the block. You do get traffic noise if the windows are open and the exit to the parking garage across the way is beeping every few minutes. We did have two issues come up during our six night stay, but they were very quick in solving the issues and very responsive by both phone call and by text. If you need to do laundry, you may have to add money to the laundry card. In the email sent to you before you check-in, they outline some handy details and info for your stay. Wifi is fast.

Good central location in the city - as a heads up you are next to and across from two of the big homeless shelters in the city, so just be aware of your surroundings. Some nights the building had a security personnel sitting in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Otherwise the unit has ample kitchen utensils and cooking equipment and worked well for our three week stay. There are no full length mirrors in the unit, which was only a problem when we had a few big formal events to go to and wanted to make sure nothing below the shoulders was wrinkled/looked ok (there is one above-sink mirror in the bathroom). The garage across the street does beep loudly every time a car leaves the garage (aka every few minutes), so if you are trying to study during the day or are bothered by street noise then this may not be it. But its a downtown city apartment, so noise and city life should be expected. The Evonify team was quick to respond to texts and messages about our needs, which was super helpful and seamless. Overall a good stay, would recommend!
