Overall, Yes I would recommend this place. We stayed 2 nights. Pros: Right in heart of theater district with plenty of restaurants nearby. Park is steps away and the fancy stores/boutiques area is just across the park. Apartment clean and beds comfy. Building a little run down but felt safe. Garage is literally 50 steps away. Cons: definitely noisy. City noise I can drown out but obnoxious frat boy neighbors, not so much. It’s not the hosts fault that the building is so cheaply built with is zero soundproofing but be warned if that’s a major thing for you. I know it was mentioned in many reviews but the hallways in the building are definitely run down and smell of that moldy, set in scent of enclosed spaces that are left unkempt.
Listing company would not provide a working key to get into the building. Their compromise was to have us go down the block in the cold to fetch an employee to let us in each time we left the unit.
