Our stay in Boston was overall, okay. It started off shaky with no instructions of how to actually get into the building. We needed to be let in by a resident of the building. Once inside there was a strong garbage smell throughout the lobby and hallways leading to the room. Once at the room, the door was not locked or closed (the door knob had no latch) and swung open. Honestly this was very unsettling and off putting. When we got inside, the room smelled of bleach and must but it was mostly clean with a piece of garbage left on the kitchen counter. After that, the stay in the room was pleasant. It was as listed and it was spacious. The location was perfect and provided close access to the Boston Commons and many restaurants. The only drawback was one of our group had to always stay in the room to let the rest back into the building when they returned. Not ideal but overall okay!
Jean from Evonify was a great host, always very responsive no matter what time of the day we had questions. The location of the Airbnb is conveniently located to shops, eateries, and main attractions. The place itself is spacious and kept clean. The only downside was there were no paper towels or napkins. that would've been handy.
Missing silverware tray in dishwasher which made it hard to do dishes but amazing location, comfy bed and sheets.
