Excellent communication. Easy check in and check out. All in all a fantastic experience.
It is a walkable distance to so many great areas to visit while staying in Boston. Great restaurants are also within walking distance as are the local theaters. The building looks great from the outside, but the unit we were in showed some signs of aging and use for sure. That said, it was pretty quiet most of the time we were there (just evenings to sleep and mornings to eat breakfast and head out for the day). The unit had all we needed and housed our family of five just fine. The building was warm...like too warm as we couldn't cool it off to be livable to sleep in unless we opened the windows which is a gamble to shut out noise from the Boston transients in the city below. The entry to the building itself leaves a lot to be desired, but it was fine once you got inside. We decided to stay here based on our needs to local attractions and the price point was right as we just wanted a safe, clean place to sleep and shower...this unit checked those boxes. Evonify was always responsive.
Key for the building wasn’t provided the first day which would have been fine but the concierge was slow. Left us waiting in the cold with heavy groceries. Blood or rust stained towel. Bathroom had some rust and a broken countertop. Location was great. Everything was walking distance and felt safe in the building.
