The place was very nice, and in an excellent location right across from the Common. The checkin process seemed needlessly complicated, having to upload an ID photo and a selfie with that IF off of the Airbnb platform, and apparently they ask some people to pay a deposit. Key fob and front desk was made to seem super important to me, but then when I got there the front desk wasn’t there, and the key fob system didn’t work- I had to reach out to confirm. Overall a nice studio, good space for 1 or 2 people, but in my opinion not worth the price
Great clean stay for the weekend in Boston! Close to the T trains and right across the street from the park. Easy to get around, great location. The host was very responsive! Thank you, would definitely stay here again!
From the entrance all the way into the room, there was a musty smell and odor. After 10 minutes of laying down on the bed, my father started developing rashes. We checked the bed sheets and found evidence that they were used. Human hair, skin remnants, debris on the headboard, etc. I took pictures and reached out to the host, who replied right away. I really appreciated the responsiveness, but the host was initially dismissive of my concerns and claimed that he thought my pictures were of lint. After sending more photos, the cleaning staff arrived that night with a bed sheet and offered to clean the mattress in the morning, but never did during the four nights that we stayed there. I enjoyed that the location is conveniently close to the green line and local restaurants in chinatown, and that there was wifi and Netflix, but this experience was overshadowed by the lack of maintenance.
