Great view, and great location!
Very good and fast communication with the host, they're always helpful and there when you need them. The apartment is in walking distance to everything in downtown Boston, and has a convenient parking garage right next door. Check in and out is super easy and they offer early and late just in case you need it.
The only good thing about this place is location. Customer service? Sucks. On the day of arrival I wrote the host asking for entrance key: somehow Iwas not given that! I didn’t receive response until five hours later. On the day of travel! It’s freaking Covid time. I was asked to complete a form, which I was compliant with, mind you it’s 4 PM at this time. My rent has started. I I wasn’t flying into Boston until 9:30 PM anyways. Here is the crazy part, I land in Boston and I still don’t have a key to get in. It’s freaking 10:30 PM, and I’m still waiting for a response. And response comes back saying you didn’t fill out the form. Which I come back to with a screenshot of the confirmation in my email. Just before midnight I finally get a code to get in. Customer service? Note even apology for the screw up. Maybe a discount for a screw up? Nope. Marijuana smelled all around apartment and inside apartment. This is not a place where you stay and relax, it’s just to sleep and get out. If you can, find a different host.
