Prior to our arrival i messaged the host didin’t respond, people at the desk hardly speak English hard to communicate, first night water cut off no flushing water, can’t take a shower at that night so much noise on the street backhoe digging the the asphalt, at the same first night having issue with the heater showing error “needs Service” i texted the host and complained the issue the next morning the water was brown i had to go to CVS that 1st night to buy water so we can brush our teeth, i got the respond from the host late the 2nd day and istructed me to turn off the heater for 10 minutes also check the breaker but it wasn,t trip but i did what he said and still the same no heater, there was once while i was talking to him that the heater turns ON but it turns Off after e few seconds, we went out that 2nd day and i was checking my email all days and the host asked me if its ok ok to have someone take a look at the heater somi gave permission, came back that night still the heate.
My stay was absolutely perfect: 5 stars without hesitation! This chic, spotless apartment is literally steps from everything that makes Boston magical. I walked out the door and was instantly in the heart of the Theater District, with the Emerson Colonial, Cutler Majestic, and Wang theaters all within a 5-minute stroll. Boston Common and the Public Garden are practically across the street—perfect for morning coffee walks among the swans and fall foliage. The location is a commuter’s dream: Boylston T station (Green Line) is less than a block away, and Downtown Crossing (Red/Orange Lines) is a 4-minute walk, making it effortless to reach Cambridge, Fenway, or the Seaport. Incredible restaurants surround you—Yvonnes, JM Curley, and Teatro are literally downstairs, plus Chinatown’s gems just around the corner. Newbury Street shopping, Macy’s, and the Prudential are all under 10 minutes on foot. The host was responsive, check-in seamless, and the space felt luxurious yet cozy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a blast in Boston. I'm so lucky I found this spot. This property is clean, spacious, & perfectly located close to the freedom trail & Chinatown. I appreciate how fast ECMH responded and I liked the view.
